Results are in!
The results of our ENewsletter (EDM) Survey are in!
With 42% participation, results indicated:
- 95.2% were 'satisfied' or 'extremely satisfied' with the current Chamber Newsletter.
- The most valuable section is 'Chamber Business', with 'Business Resources', and 'Member Affiliate Partner News' also considered of value.
- The least valuable section is 'Positions Vacant', and
- The preferred frequency is 'Monthly'.

When asked would they like to see anything changed, a range of extremely valuable feedback was shared by email, and in person at the AGM.
- 48% of respondents indicated that they wanted nothing to change.
- 24% would like to see the EDM shorter and easier to get directly to sections of interest.
- The remainder of comments were a mix of constructive suggestions, including a couple of additional communication methods and some great ideas for additional content/topics.
A big thanks to members who submitted email responses, and those who shared their responses directly with Bamik to be recorded prior to the AGM.
The winner of the $100 voucher to be spent in any Chamber business was Ashlee Collins, Salon Eumundi. Thank you to Dan Purdie MP for sponsoring this prize.
And finally, a big thank you to Bamik for her contributions in assisting us with finessing the survey design, and gathering responses on the night. We hope you enjoyed your door prize winnings!
The information gathered is currently being used to inform improvements in design and content of Chamber’s eNewsletter over the coming months.
