Call for Executive Position Nominations and Notice Annual General Meeting
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Eumundi Chamber of Commerce Inc will be held on Thursday May 25, 2023 from 5.30pm for 6pm start in The Green Room at The Imperial Hotel, 1 Etheridge Street, Eumundi.
EXECUTIVE POSITION NOMINATIONS NOW OPEN
Nominations are hereby called for the following Executive positions on the Management Committee:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Main Street Trader Representative
- Two Director Positions on the Board of Eumundi Combined Community Organisation (ECCO) Ltd trading as Experience Eumundi.
Nominations for the above positions are required to be lodged on ECC's official form as scanned signed attachments with the Secretary by email to secretary@eumundichamber.com.au no later than 4pm Thursday May 11, 2023.

*Please note that it is a Constitutional requirement that only financial members of Chamber are eligible to nominate for positions and vote at the AGM.

Members, Affiliate Partners and Associates are invited to join us for the AGM, to be immediately followed by Drinks After 5 Networking Event hosted by The Imperial Hotel to celebrate Queensland Small Business Month and the year that's been!
Registration is essential for catering with special dietary requirements by 3pm Tuesday 23 May 2023.
