Sunday morning music session featuring local artists Those Folk and Anjali.
Those Folk
Truly authentic, naturally charismatic, and delightfully entertaining, Lawrence Menard (USA)
and Clare Quinn (AUS) are the transpacific troubadours known as ‘Those Folk’.
With Lawrence’s Cajun beginnings and Californian upbringing melding with Clare’s grounding
in Australian folk music, their musical inspiration is diverse and ever expanding. Their worlds
collided on the streets of Edinburgh, Scotland and the pair have been an inseparable duo ever
since. Imagine Americana legends Gillian Welch & Dave Rawlings, with a dynamic twist.
Anjali Oscine
Anjali Oscine is a Sunshine Coast based folk singing-songwriting chanteuse, originally hailing from regional Victoria. She has been singing since she could talk but “officially” made the decision she wanted to be a singer when she was 4 years old while watching Eurovision. Her whimsical songwriting style is influenced by her deep affection for all living things, with songs inspired by plants, colours and the natural way of things. Her songs often depict feelings and knowings rather than direct storytelling. Her voice has been compared to Vashti Bunyan and Nico (although she wishes she sounded more like a butcherbird). She believes deeply in the healing power of music, and the mellow, natural tone of her voice invites the audience into an intimate space where the weary mind is both soothed and delighted.
With brunch prepared by Ruby from Cultivate & Co. , $30 gets you a ticket to a delightfully entertaining morning of coffee and music.

Endorsed by the Chamber of Commerce & Industry Queensland (CCIQ) and funded by the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training, these micro-credentials allow learners to rapidly recognise their capabilities, identify their development needs and future-proof themselves in an increasingly changing world. Of course, for small business owners, future-proofing isn’t just about individual development. It’s also about the ability to inject real, actionable knowledge directly into your own business, and share that knowledge and development with your workforce.
